We are looking for you as our new Project Manager (m/w).
Aufgaben: Respond to all requests and demands of clients, staff members and external enquiries related to business activity. Staff recruitment, conducting background checks, interviewing, preparing and conducting castings, preparation of contracts. Conduct training tailored to business events. Management of trainees. Shift planning and scheduling staff members for exhibitions and events. Event coordination and support (all events within Switzerland). Prepare briefings with the clients and forward to the staff members, ensuring all hosts are fully briefed and prepared. Support clients and staff members throughout and after the event. Conduct payroll accounting and payments. Create offers and invoices. Report directly to the owner of the company. Key deliverables: Delivering projects on time and within budget, that meet (and exceed) expectations. Planning and management of projects (including prioritization and status reporting to senior management). Maintaining project plan and documentation. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the staff. On-site inspections and project management of events. Responsibility for project budget/costs management from inception to closure. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
Anforderungsprofil: Minimum of 2 years experience in a promotion, marketing agency or similar. Language Skills: fluent in French, German and English (Italian would be advantageous). Ideally a relevant commercial education or equivalent. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word). Sound knowledge of basic accounting with the ability to create invoices. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and respect. Kind, open minded and high sense of emotional intelligence. Well organized, highly motivated, great ability to multitask. Accurate and independent way of working. Attention to detail excellent communication and presentation skills. Great flexibility in order to provide on-site support at events all over Switzerland.
