We have short-term opportunity in our Marketing Implementation team in Mies, starting as soon as possible until the 31st october 2019. We are looking for a motivated, collaborative individual for the position of Partnership Account Manager (m/w).

As the Partnership Account Manager, you will be responsible to lead or support the management of key FIBA Global Partner(s). In this role, you will work on day-to-day sponsorship engagement activities aimed to ensure all agreements are being fulfilled and providing outstanding client service to FIBA Global Partner(s). Based in Mies, you will also work under the supervision of FIBA Marketing's Head of Marketing Services and provide support to the FIBA Marketing Services team.

aufgaben: Act as a key contact with FIBA Partner(s), maintaining day-to-day relationships between FIBA Partner(s) and FIBA internal departments. Work with FIBA Partner(s) to identify clear and measurable business objectives specific to their goals. Ensure the delivery of FIBA Partner(s)' partnership contractual rights. Drive continuous ‘Added Value’ for FIBA Partner(s), ensuring their sponsorship strategy and partnership objectives are consistently met or exceeded. Creating, managing and tracking of all FIBA Partner(s) related sponsorship activation budgets. Build and foster excellent partner and partner agency relationships. Support the Head of Marketing Services in servicing partners and fostering the relationship with FIBA. Support the planning and delivery of FIBA Basketball World Cup related events, including, but not limited to, Partner Workshops, International Trophy Tour and Trophy Tour China.

Anforderungsprofil: Bachelor’s Degree required. A minimum of 3/5 years related or industry experience. Collaborative, team player with strong leadership and strategy development skills. Understanding of event production and execution. Superb written and verbal communication skills, as well as excellent relationship building skills. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment. Self-motivated and able to push projects through autonomously while also being committed to a collaborative environment and culture. Familiar with managing multiple projects, schedules, budgets and clients at the same time. Ability to work extended hours including games and events on evenings and weekends. Ability to travel extensively (at least 50% travel required). Fluency in spoken and written English and preferably another language.
