For our EME Headquarters based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, we are looking for an Intern (Start: May/June 2019) in our Strategic Marketing, Brand Governance & Market Intelligence department.

International shows are a key part of AGCO's marketing mix, involving all of AGCO's key brands. Preparing for and executing Agritechnica in November 2019, as well as for further shows in 2020, are key activities for AGCO. To help drive a successful show, AGCO's Multi-Brand Strategy and Brand Governance team is looking for an event-management savvy, project management-focused and creative intern through to the end of 2019 to support the team's International Exhibition Manager.

The position is based in Neuhausen, Switzerland. It is a 100% role for the duration of the internship. The working language is English. The Internship will be based in Neuhausen am Rheinfall, Switzerland, for a period of 6 months

Aufgaben: you will support the Manager: in aligning AGCO's brand's and key suppliers in defining stand layout, composition and construction, in proposing with AGCO's suppliers stand material and set-up solutions to AGCO's brands, in managing show cost and invoice management across the brands, defining and tracking show cost KPIs, handling VIP arrangements for shows, in setting up project management sessions as well as producing status update materials.

Anforderungsprofil: Project management experience, ideally in event management. Online and offline marketing knowledge. Strong Excel, Powerpoint and Access skills. Experience in a matrix environment is an advantage. Written and verbal business English fluency. A minimum working knowledge of either German or French.
