Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Senior Event Manager/in.

Aufgaben: Ability to manage and provide guidance on events and to take ownership for small to large scale events from conception to post-event administration and reconciliation of costs. The responsibility for the venue search, detailed planning/scoping of the event, budget preparation and cost control, liaison with event host and speakers as well as with internal departments for support services and supplies. Ensure planning, execution and follow-up of all event projects within responsibility, to the highest of quality standards with the aim to continuously improve and raise the bar of customer experience. Stakeholder in the selection and of speakers or special guests to events under responsibility. Coordinating venue management, caterers, contractors and equipment hire. The responsibility for the event execution, venue relationship management and supervision of support staff. Able to negotiate supplier contract terms and conditions (with support from Procurement and Team Head) and to ensure competitive pricing is achieved for all related supplies and services. The responsibility for post-event activities such as conducting a full event de-brief and evaluation meeting with internal clients and reporting of event related costs, settlement of invoices, etc.

Anforderungsprofil: 3-5 years events experience ideally in the financial sector. “Can-do” attitude, able to analyse problems and proactively find appropriate and acceptable solutions.  Ability to manage and to adapt to change. Open to discussing flexible/agile working.  Professional, flexible, approachable, client-focused and able to build up relationships and to take influence at all levels. Calm and organized work approach with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively. Travelling is required (20%). Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), any other languages is an advantage.
