In order to reinforce the Global Customer Service department we are currently recruiting for an Specialist Events.
As the Specialist Events of Jet Aviation, you will be responsible for successfully planning, managing and hosting memorable and unique events for Jet Aviation’s customers, in support of our regional leaders. In your role you are the link between our customers and our internal stakeholders. You will interact actively with our customers, collect feedback and monitor customer satisfaction. Furthermore you will be supporting our Global Customer Service team on alignment projects for standards and services.
Following our company-wide customer centric philosophy, you will strongly focus on delivering upscale service and customer experience to internal and external customers. To support this, you will be responsible to build and strengthen the relationship between Jet Aviation and our customers. You will be collaborating with our sales department in order to support their strategy, as well as our marketing department to ensure that our branding standards are globally aligned. In this role you will be acting in line with the organization’s vision and strategy.
Aufgaben: Plan and execute premium customer events.Plan and execute regular Customer Advisory Boards and evaluate outcome and feedbacks.Research available venues and recommend event sites; investigate, select, negotiate and manage services with vendors including catering and event support..Prepare budgets and forecast, and compile summaries of total event costs, cost-per-contact, audience profiles, and attendees' comments.Coordinate customer invitation solicitations, advanced and onsite registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations. Actively support the Global Customer Service Department with projects.Assist Sales & Marketing in implementing event strategies.Follow up with stakeholders on customer feedback and event target achievement.Liaise with customers and represent Jet Aviation and the Global Customer Service Department as one company internally and externally.
Anforrderungsprofil: Min 5 years of experience in related tasks,.Strong track-record in managing group events in a global matrix organization. Hospitality background preferred. Highly customer focused attitude. Commercial degree in business, hospitality management or similar. Fluent in English. Ability to travel, even on short notice. Team oriented and trustworthy. Desired Characteristics: Engaging personality - positive and reassuring, communicates effectively with all types of people with diplomacy and charm. Eye for design - ability to design an eye-pleasing event and how to set up a creative, classy and attractive scene.
