Jonson Controls is looking for you - the new Marketing Communications Manager at Johnsons Control.
Aufgaben: As part of the leadership team, set and define the department’s marketing strategy. Oversee the marketing strategy and develop marketing plans that will attract customers. Ensure effective promotion of the company and its merchandise and target the correct and appropriate audience in the different campaigns. Obtain the necessary product intelligence from the different Product Marketing departments throughout the organization. Become a “thought leader” internally and externally on the aspect of marketing, branding and/or advertising.
How you will do it: Marketing communications embodies the whole process: from client relations, PR and marketing strategies to the creative side of promotional literature, advertising and artwork. Creating and implementing (marketing) plans to increase market share. This may include creating or altering brand images, reaching out to a new target audience and creating a budget to cover all necessary expenses. Organize appropriate teams to perform each duty and then oversee their progress to ensure the strategies are successfully rolled out. Analyzing market research results and recognizing current trends in the area of Industrial Refrigeration and the needs and desires of customers. Based upon the results, create a target audience and build campaigns (in collaboration with the Sales Excellence team) and promotions aimed at this group of customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams – from creative, IT and production to product marketing and legal – to produce effective promotional materials. Selecting agency partners to collaborate in several project f.e. press releases. Creating presentations for stakeholders. Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions. Setting and defining the marketing communication budget. Involvement in projects relating to website updates and social media. Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships. Organizing trade shows, seminars, conferences and customers events (event management)
Main responsibilities include: Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery. Delivering events on time, within budget. Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project. Managing supplier relationships. Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently. Travelling to onsite inspections and project managing events. Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish. Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery.
Anforderungsprofil: Experienced in analyzing data of market research. Knowledge of practices and techniques of marketing strategies. Budget and cost analysis experience. Knowledge of social media platforms. Experienced in running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams. Confident communicator and presenter. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design, professional printing/publishing skills, including ability to present concepts verbally. Excellent project management and time management skills. A wide degree of creativity. Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach. Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team. Master degree or Bachelor degree with 8 years of experience in the field of marketing communications. - Fluency in English and at least one other major European language essential. Requires business travel to all countries within the region.
