By order of one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical company located in Zurich, and for a temporary assignmnet of 12 months starting as soon as possible, we are looking for a Congress & Event Operations Manager (100 %).
Aufgaben: organization of international and national congresses and events, planning and controlling of congress budget, proactive planning of congress activities together with business units, proactive communication and information regarding congress activities and events, collaboration and management of suppliers (travel agencies, congress companies, event agencies), collaboration with procurement, responsibility of ensuring compliance conformity (legal compliance, Bayer compliance code, procurement regulations) and documenting compliance relevant paperwork, supporting and implementing process optimization, analyzing satisfaction of business units with feedback surveys.
Anforderungsprofil: business related degree or vocational education, relevant experience (congress management, Event Management, travel organization, etc.), knowledge about compliance processes in health care organizationscustomer related experience, fluent in German, English and French language skills, customer and service orientation.
