We are looking for a 100% Event / Production Manager based in Zurich. As Event/ Production Manager your responsibility is to support the Club & Marketing Manager & drive the success of the H&M Club in Switzerland (H&M Club is our customer loyalty program).
Aufgaben: In this role team work is key, your responsibilities are in close collaboration with different stakeholders locally and globally. With the Marketing, PR and Club team you will coordinate the communication plan and set common activities. With the Customer Service team, you will collaborate closely to follow up on customer requests. Additionally, you will manage the app content (including writing briefs, proofreading (DE and FR), managing image content, creating rewards in IT systems, as well as testing/insuring functionality of rewards). You will execute the marketing rewards which could include planning and running events, organizing give aways, external collaboration with partners or other experience rewards for customers. You will be responsible for tracking and keeping an overview of the activity plan for H&M Club as well as preparing and sending all communications to stores and areas teams. Next to that, you will create follow-ups of the sales and experience rewards.
Anforderungsprofil: Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are sales-oriented, social, open and communicative. You show an ambitious, enthusiastic and optimistic attitude and provide a deep understanding of fashion. Your personal qualities and expertise also include: Retail experience or a good knowledge and high interest in fashion. Previous work experience in Marketing, PR, Communications, Event organization/ management is required. A strong interest in the customer. Strong communication and networking skills. Excellent organizational skills, good time management and prioritization skills. Proactive/taking own initiatives and able to work independently as well as working well within a team. Strong analytical skills. Comfortable using IT systems as well as ability to work with Microsoft Office. Fluency in written and spoken English, German and French is mandatory as well as an affinity for creative writing.
