Aufgaben: 1. Support of Seasonal GO TO MARKET Meetings (twice a year): Showroom planning in cooperation with Retail and Marketing teams (main task), Hotelbooking, Food & beverage lead (organization & on-site), Management of all logistical tasks before, during and after the event, Planning and operating the reception area and accreditation procedure. Site-visits for future events, Minutes of meetings before, during and after the event, Acting as substitute of the Event Manager in his/her absence, Internal communication to all involved team members, Accounting and budgeting responsibilities during the entire project phases, 2. Hotel booking: For accommodations in Bern related to meetings at INTERSPORT International, For accommodation for staff of INTERSPORT InternationalDuring regular business travelFor attendees at ISPO or Outdoor Messe München, etc.
Anforderungsprofil: Committed, communicative and proactive, Independent and flexible way of working (superior is 1 day in the office per week), Experience in Event Management and Sports Retail, Excellent organizational skills, Very good English skills, Willingness to travel up to 1.5 weeks (semiannual), Ability to withstand stress (peaks and lows), Creative and visual thinking, Responsible- and team-minded, Well organized and structured, MS office experienced.
